Corruption Eradication Commision Rio Capella became suspects because received gifts or promise related to problem of corruption committed with Gatot Pujo Nugroho Governor of North Sumatera. From an investigation of the High Prosecutor North Sumatera and  Prosecutor Agung with Gatot Pujo Nugroho in the case of the alleged corruption social assistance fund.

           Although these cases occur in Jakarta. Dint of communication media this case has been known by the society Bengkulu. However, society Bengkulu remains dissapointed with Rio Capella.
